At Lattafa Perfumes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unopened packaging.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the perfume in its original box and protective materials to ensure the glass bottle remains intact during transit.

  Shipping the Return

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
